Detail Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m)
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will warmly greet you and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, Crystal Himalaya Travel and Trek will host a welcome dinner featuring delicious authentic Nepalese cuisine, offering you a taste of local food culture. Enjoy a restful night in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Sightseeing Around Kathmandu Valley
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Kathmandu’s historical and spiritual landmarks. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including Kathmandu Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), and the serene Boudhanath Stupa. In the afternoon, meet your trek leader and team during a pre-trip discussion. Use this time to finalize preparations and purchase any last-minute essentials. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Drive to Chautara, Trek to Syaule (1,418m)
After a 4-hour drive along the Araniko Highway, which leads to Tibet, reach Chautara. Begin your trek with a 2-hour hike to Syaule. Overnight at a campsite.
Day 04: Syaule to Kamikharka Danda (2,300m)
The trail ascends steadily to Okrin Danda (2,300m) and continues through lush forests to Kamikharka Danda ridge. Campsites are available in grassy areas, with water sources found during autumn but scarce in spring. Overnight camping surrounded by serene forests.
Day 05: Kamikharka Danda to Chyochyo Danda (3,160m)
Hike through oak and rhododendron forests along a ridge trail offering stunning mountain views. The trail leads to a large chorten and traverses pastures before descending to a well-used campsite near a spring. Overnight camping in a peaceful forest setting.
Day 06: Chyochyo Danda to Hile Bhanjyang (3,800m)
Climb steadily through stony pastures to reach the ridge at 3,750m before descending through forests and gullies. Reach Hile Bhanjyang, where a campsite with water awaits. In spring, expect deep snow and challenging icy sections. Overnight at the campsite.
Day 07: Hile Bhanjyang to Nasem Pati (3,862m)
Ascend to 3,980m, traversing open terrain and ridge crests with spectacular views. Reach Nasem Pati, where a stone house serves as a resting point. Note that water sources are limited in spring. Overnight at a campsite.
Day 08: Nasem Pati to Panch Pokhari (4,462m)
Trek to the sacred Panch Pokhari, a cluster of five holy lakes surrounded by stunning Himalayan scenery. Explore the site, which includes a shrine to Lord Shiva and cast-iron tridents used in worship. Overnight camping near the lakes.
Day 09: Excursion Around Panch Pokhari
Spend the day exploring the serene Panch Pokhari lakes, soaking in the spiritual atmosphere and panoramic mountain views. Overnight camping.
Day 10: Panch Pokhari to Gai Kharka (2,200m)
Descend through ravines and forests on a well-defined trail to reach Gai Kharka. Overnight camping in this scenic location.
Day 11: Gai Kharka to Yangri (1,360m)
Continue descending through forests, crossing major watercourses and passing villages like Yarsa. The trail leads to Yangri, where you’ll camp along the Pach Pokhari Khola riverbank.
Day 12: Yangri to Laghang Gompa (2,800m)
The trail crosses bridges and climbs steeply through villages, fields, and forests. Stop for lunch near Dalegaon before ascending further to reach the tranquil Laghang Gompa. Overnight camping.
Day 13: Laghang Gompa to Tarkhe Ghyang (2,560m)
A short but scenic trek through forests and pastures leads to the Sherpa village of Tarkhe Ghyang. Enjoy the charming atmosphere of this cultural hub. Overnight stay.
Day 14: Tarkhe Ghyang to Melamchi Gaon (3,597m)
Descend to the Melamchi River before climbing back to the village of Melamchi Gaon. Enjoy the serene views and local hospitality. Overnight stay.
Day 15: Melamchi Gaon to Tharepati (2,470m)
Trek along the ridge with panoramic views of the eastern and western landscapes. In spring, the trail is adorned with blooming rhododendrons. Overnight camping.
Day 16: Tharepati to Kutumsang (2,190m)
Enjoy a day of ridge walking with breathtaking views of the Helambu Valley. Reach Kutumsang for an overnight stay.
Day 17: Kutumsang to Chisapani
Descend through forests and small villages to Chisapani. Witness a stunning sunset over the central Himalayan range, from Manaslu to Everest. Overnight stay.
Day 18: Chisapani to Sundarijal, Drive to Kathmandu
Begin the day with a climb to Borlang Bhanjyang (2,240m), followed by a steep descent through forests to Sundarijal. From here, return to Kathmandu by private or local transport. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 19: Free Day in Kathmandu
Enjoy a day at leisure to explore the city, shop for souvenirs, or simply relax. In the evening, celebrate with a farewell dinner featuring traditional Nepali cuisine and cultural performances.
Day 20: Final Departure
A representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. You’ll receive a traditional Khada as a farewell gesture. Nepal bids you goodbye with warm memories and open arms for your next visit. Safe travels!
