25 Days

The Nar and Phu Valleys, recently opened for trekking, are among Nepal’s last untouched trekking destinations, rich in both culture and religion. These valleys, still unspoiled by mass tourism, offer unparalleled beauty, making them one of the most captivating trekking regions in the country. The trail is lined with stunning pine forests, dramatic gorges, and cascading waterfalls, leading to the picturesque village of Dharmasla.

The charming Meta Valley is home to ruins of ancient forts and historic Khampa settlements in Chyakhu, Jhunum, Meta, and Khyang. The imposing Khangbhir cliff adds to the trek’s allure. Along the way, trekkers will encounter vibrant Chortens, remote villages, sacred monasteries, and breathtaking views of peaks such as Himlung, Kangaru Peak, Ratna Chuli, Tilicho Peak, Pisang Peak, and the Annapurna ranges.

This trek also includes a visit to the spectacular Tilicho Lake, located at nearly 5,000 meters and surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. The journey begins with a private bus ride from Kathmandu to Besisahar and concludes in Pokhara, offering an unforgettable adventure through the pristine and culturally rich Nar Phu region.
