Detail Itenerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m)
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our team will greet you warmly and transfer you to your hotel. After a brief orientation and collection of the necessary documents for official purposes, you have the option to either relax at the hotel or explore the local area in the evening. Enjoy a delicious Nepali dinner before retiring for the night.
Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Full-Day Sightseeing
In the morning, after breakfast, our trek leader will conduct a pre-trip meeting to provide key briefings and prepare you for the day’s activities. You’ll then have the opportunity to explore Kathmandu, a city famous for its temples and World Heritage Sites. Visit notable religious landmarks like Patan, Pashupatinath, and Swayambhunath. Later, spend the rest of the day exploring additional local areas, immersing yourself in the vibrant cultures, before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 3: Drive to Pokhara (200km)
Embark on a scenic 7-hour drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus, taking in stunning mountain views and picturesque landscapes along the way. Upon arrival in Pokhara, check into your hotel and unwind. As a popular tourism hub, Pokhara offers serene views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Fishtail (Machhapuchhare), and the Annapurna range. Use this time to explore the local areas and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture before enjoying an overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 4: Drive to Nayapul, Trek to Tikhedhunga (4 hrs walk)
Drive for about 2 hours from Pokhara to Nayapul (1,050m), the starting point of your Annapurna Base Camp Trek. The trek then begins with a 4-hour walk to Tikhedhunga, passing through the valley of Hile (1,495m) before reaching Tikhedhunga (1,525m). After your trek, enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Tikhedhunga.
Day 5: Trek to Ghorepani (6 hrs walk)
After breakfast, begin your uphill trek to Banthanti (2,250m) through oak and rhododendron forests, enjoying stunning views of Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna Himalayan range. Continue onward to Ghorepani, a well-known viewpoint offering panoramic vistas of the Himalayas. The trek will take approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes.
Day 6: Ghorepani to Poonhill to Tadapani (8/9 hrs walk)
Embark on an early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) to experience breathtaking panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, and other towering peaks. After breakfast, continue your trek to Tadapani. Spend the night at a comfortable lodge in Tadapani, soaking in the serene surroundings.
Day 7: Trek to Chhomrong (5 hrs walk)
Descend to the Kimrong stream, cross a suspension bridge, and trek through Gurjung village to reach Chhomrong. Along the way, enjoy beautiful views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Fishtail. Experience the warm hospitality of the Gurung people in Chhomrong. The trek takes around 5 hours.
Day 8: Trek to Dovan (5 hrs walk)
Descend along stone staircases, cross the Chhomrong Khola via a suspension bridge, and continue your trek towards Dovan. As you pass through bamboo and rhododendron forests, take in the natural beauty around you. The trek will take approximately 5 hours.
Day 9: Trek to MBC (5 hrs walk)
Climb towards Deurali through rhododendron and bamboo forests, then continue to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC). From MBC, take in stunning views of Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Fishtail, and other surrounding peaks. The trek takes approximately 5 hours.
Day 10: Trek to ABC, back to Deurali (6 hrs)
Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) to witness breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. After spending time at the base camp, begin your return journey to Deurali, which takes approximately 6 hours. Enjoy camping in the Annapurna Sanctuary, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the area.
Day 11: Trek back to Chhomrong (6 hrs)
After soaking in the tranquil Himalayan views, start your trek back to Chhomrong, which will take around 6 hours. Enjoy the scenic descent through lush landscapes and picturesque surroundings.
Day 12: Trek to Ghandruk (4 hrs walk)
Trek to the charming village of Ghandruk, famous for its warm Gurung hospitality and vibrant culture. The trek takes about 4 hours, providing an opportunity to immerse yourself in the unique traditions of the village.
Day 13: Trek back to Nayapul, drive to Pokhara
Trek back to Nayapul, which takes about 3 hours, and then drive to Pokhara. If time permits, explore the local markets and shops in Pokhara. Enjoy an overnight stay in the city.
Day 14: Drive back to Kathmandu (6/7 hrs)
Drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, explore the local markets and shop for souvenirs. Spend the night in Kathmandu, relaxing after your journey.
Day 15: Departure to International Airport
Our vehicle will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. Safe travels and have a wonderful journey ahead!
